Complaints

At rhg Insurance Brokers we are committed to providing the very best service but if any time you have a complaint about us, please contact us via phone, email or in writing.

We will respond to your complaint promptly and explain how we will handle it and when you may expect our reply. If the complaint cannot be resolved within that timescale, we will write to explain why and include the amended timescale.
